GEORGIA ROTTWEILER

POLICIES AND PRICES

We sell our puppies for $500.00  They are CKC registered and fully vetted.  They will be healthy when you get them home. We give you 48 hours to get your puppy to a vet of your choice.  If there is a genetic problem with the puppy you have the option to choose another puppy (if one is available) or have your money refunded (except for the 75.00 deposit).  If you choose to do any treatment on your puppy the guarantee will be voided.  We will not refund your money for vet bills that you choose to incure.  We have references available from previous buyers that we will be happy to show you.  We advertise our puppies before they are born, because we would like to have time to interview people and get to know prospective owners.  We screen potential home very well before we allow anyone to take our puppies.  We ask that new owners come out and visit thier puppy a couple of times a month.  We feel that the puppies adjust a lot better if they have a chance to meet thier new parents before they take them home.  Please let me know if you would be interested in being put on our waiting list for the next litter of puppies.  Please email me with your name, phone number, address, email address, and what sex puppy you want.

Our male Hoosier is available for stud service.  We will only breed him with a full blooded German female.  We will only breed him with a female that is registered.  We would want to meet the female and her owners before we allow them to mate.  The female would have to be brought to us.  It makes the male to nervous to be taken out of his normal surroundings.  Hoosiers stud fee is $400.00.  We do not guarantee anything.  If your female does not get pregnant the money is not refundable,  but the next time your female goes into heat we will allow Hoosier to breed with her again at not charge.  We will not agree to take pick of the litter.  I know some breeders do that, but we would have no use for one of Hoosiers puppys.  We will not have 2 males in the house and we will not breed his daughter with him.

I do not mean to sound harsh, but these dogs and puppies mean the world to us and I do not want to do anything to put them in danger.  Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to anyone that we feel will not give our puppies a home that they deserve.  We are not trying to discriminate against anyone.  We know how many dogs end up in the shelter and we want to make sure that that does not happen with our puppies.  Please be prepared when you come to pick out your puppy there will be an inteview process. You will be asked to sign a contract at time if purchase.  We will not do home visits or anything like that.  We will never invade someones privacy.
